As a camera operator for Shot on iPhone | Usher | Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show — a behind-the-scenes documentary commissioned by Apple — I was responsible for capturing live performance footage during one of the world’s most watched events.
Operating directly within the choreography of the halftime show, our team trained alongside dancers and stage crew to move seamlessly through the performance without disrupting its flow. This unique integration of filmmaking and live production allowed me to help tell the story from inside the performance itself — capturing the electricity, precision, and artistry that define the Super Bowl stage.
This project marked a career milestone and a personal dream realized: contributing to Apple’s cinematic vision of Usher’s Super Bowl performance, and to the culminating footage that reveals the creative process behind one of the most ambitious live shows ever produced.
